Fix your Servers

So I’ve had the captain edition for ps5 since Saturday, and I still have not been able to access online. I get the same message over and over that says: “Network Error” “Your connection to The Show Online has been lost.” I have tried everything from switching internets to reinstalling the game. Any ideas?

Might be you man. I’ve had the captains edition and have been playing just fine since early launch.
Noticed some choppiness but I’ve definitely been playing fine as thousands of others have as well.

I am having the same problem "Login Failed - A Network error..." the ps5 isn't even registering I have an account for the show

Try changing your dns settings manually, i had a similar problem last year and that fixed it.

I agree it might be you. I played all weekend and did not get booted once

not going to jinx it but I had one issue where I couldn't log in and then I selected Diamond Dynasty and I was in the game... definitely recommend checking your internet connection if you couldn't get on at launch... there was a message about maintenance for earlier today so not sure if that's when you tried to get on but as far as PS5 I have had zero issues outside of that one brief moment.
