I like that button accuracy matters this year and there’s definitely an opportunity to make a throwing error. Makes the game much more fun.

Sounds like another case of “everyone is like me, so they should play like me too.”

Sound like you have a reading comprehension problem.

    I'll make it simple.

    Knife vs a gun.

And it's not the same as the old argument timing vs zone. Using zone is harder but gives an advantage of way more control over timing . Using BA gives no advantage over the easier modes.

This games needs a hardcore ranked mode with all the training wheels locked off.

The advantage of button accuracy has always been you will never make throwing errors period. And it's always been that way. And still is. Yeah its harder to do now, but a green throw will still never make a throwing error

I use buttons, I had to take WBC Schwarber out of the outfield cause he kept getting red throws, a lot of players are fine but there are some that can't throw to save their life

As a Cub fan, watching Schwarber defensively can be difficult. And this is someone who had to endure the Soriano in the outfield years. He may as well have the word "DH" Tattooed on his forehead.

I had so much confidence that he would be a better player than what he has become, but he decided that "launch angle" was more important than making solid contact and getting hits that are not home runs.

Yes, but I will never forget - only player to hit the second deck in SD,and the distance record too, and in the playoffs no less

Without a doubt he can mash the ball when he squares it up. That home run on top of the scoreboard at Wrigley is a prime example. I just wish he would go back to the player he was in college. A player who used the whole field with lots of power that crushed mistakes.

I still remember the triumphant return in game 1 of the WS and after getting that hit how pumped he was, even though they ended up losing that game.

    Lmao DH on his forehead....

This is way. He's a huge liability in this year's game in the outfield for sure.

I would take 35 hrs and .250- .260 over 45hrs and.220-.230, though to be completely honest if he put it in play more with risp instead of striking out,I'd be satisfied with whatever he did

I am an absolute dookie biscuit with the new meter. I'm so used to it always being centered that I never actually get good throws back to the infield lmao

I love the button accuracy, it challenges me. I still use meter in pitching cause my shakey hands don't allow me to do the right stick pitching. Reason I love this game I can play my way and still enjoy it. I dont care if other people play other ways as long as I can play my way!
