still no pre order packs

anyone else have this problem. I logged into the DD and got all my packs and stubs, then left DD and came back in to everything is reset and i can’t get any of my pre order stuff

I went to the redeem page and clicked to buy stubs and once I got to the store I backed out and it redeemed all my packs and stubs. I read some guy saying it worked for him on twitter too
