A little surprised with Judge given how close it could be to his Live series, but they did it with Trout last year so not totally out of left field. Good way to let more people play with him I guess since pulling his Live card won’t be easy.

D’Backs - Ketel MartePretty much agree with most of this. Only ones i'd change would be the Guardians (Ramirez im thinking) and the Phillies. I figure because Harper will be out probably til the break, this is the way to get him a decent card that we can use early on.
That is assuming they do that thing where guys on the DL fall into the FA pool.

But... I know I shouldn't care about this next complaint. I know. But the artwork? A big letdown. I really liked the FotF and Finest artwork last year.
I know... I know... I know. No "shoutout to the art department" on this one.

I’m thinking SDS values the “captain ability” at between 3-5 points, which is why these are 92s vs what we have seen from the WBC reveals.

You are no wrong. I’m usually pretty impressed with the artwork on these cards. I wonder if the art dept went on strike and they had to whip something up rather quickly. These are lame haha

Has it been confirmed that these all will be earnable and not just available on the market or in packs? Or is this just an assumption?
Remember, you get a Captain Choice Packs in your pre-order bonus. So unless they'll be more than one Captain per team; if they're also attainable by playing something TA based, there will be duplicates.
And if there are duplicates; it should jean that these cards are sellable. Granted what they're showing now are Set 1 based; so who knows.
Guess we'll know more Thursday.

They only do that for those on the 60day IL (which removes them from the 40man).
Harper is still on the 40 man and currently is still on the Phils active roster(26 man) he will be part of the team collect, cause even if the Phils add him to the 60 day at end of ST, he will already be in game,and expecting him back mid season they won't FA pool him. -

I idea how many are earnable or even what TA will look like. But the tweet says Team Affinity. And they announced the AL East in full as they do every time TA comes around. Expect Central reveal tomorrow.
