ps4 blue light of death

my ps4 has the blue of death. you have to load in safe mode and what not to actually load the console. All game i have all digital download for ps4. If i buy a ps5 will everything carry over or do i need to rebuy games for ps5 ? off topic i went to best buy and asked and they seemed baffled.

If you have the same account on the PS5, you’ll have your download. Depending on the digital version you bought, you may be able to install the PS5 version. DD progress is on the server, not on your console. I believe offline modes are kept on the console itself. So, your DD will be there, as long as you sign into the same account that is on your 4.

all games are ps4 download, Call of Duty, MLB show 21,19,18, 127, GTAV, ETC

all games are ps4 download, Call of Duty, MLB show 21,19,18, 127, GTAV, ETC
Your downloads are stored by account, not console. MLBTS gameplay is the same. It's stored on the server under your account. You may lose RTTS or Franchise progression if you don't have it saved to the cloud, though.

They will run on a PS5 - it is backwards compatible to 4.
