Trophy Question

I am trying to get the Pitching Rook and Hitting Rook trophies.

I'm in Dynamic difficulty but I am hitting and pitching in Veteran in RTTS. I should have those trophies already because I passed Rookie, but I didn't get them.

I started a new Franchise and am still below Rookie (after 1 game) but I am not confident that I will get the trophies when I hit Rookie.

Are there any other modes I can play in Dynamic? Vs CPU is a set difficulty (whichever you pick before the game begins), as are the online games.

Any other ideas on how to get these two trophies?

I just switched to play now and got both trophies in two games if I am remembering correctly

There is a site called trueachievements with a guide, the guide is for Xbox but it's the same on PlayStation. I'm pretty sure there is a sister site for PlayStation trophies you could find very easily with a quick search.
