They go to the show shop and open packs. Not the regular packs, but the diamond packs. They are all free...rip as many as you want open. Sell the dupes and then buy the cards you haven't pulled.

I never participated in a tech test "bro". My first time. Plus I never saw anything explaining how it works

I never figured out how to get free packs in the tech test either. It came out during a week when I was really busy and I only had time to play a couple games, but still. I feel dumb now lol
