Just realized, outlier only goes up to 102 so if he comes out pumping 103-105 again this spring will they give him his own outlier quirk if he gets a Prospect/FS card?

RF Chapman only throws 102 and he used to hit 103-105 too so I’m going to say no.

Jordan Hicks threw 105 and still just got 102 outlier

In 2022 Ryan Helsley hit 104mph on a pitch and Jordan Hicks hit 103.7.

Hicks and Jhoan Duran pitched above 103 multiple times this past season. So they won't change the scale for a prospect.

If they did then I would ask if they would implement a special arm strength rating for Masyn Winn who uncorked a 100 MPH throw from short to first in a game this past summer.
