I literally just got Joe ryan from September Topps now cuz I seen peeps are trying to buy him for(Dr. Evil voice)1 million dollars, and he looked super easy to get so I got him and when I got him it gives me an option to sell now for $1mil add to lineup or whatever then it says the card is non sellable. What kind of shenanigans is SDS up to now?

No shenanigans. I'm pretty sure Joe Ryan was a Topps Now collection reward, meaning he can't be bought or sold. For some reason he shows up on the market app. Since it is impossible for him to actually sell, people use his card to store excess stubs if they are close to the 5 million cap. No one is actually willing to pay 1 million to get him.

Collection rewards are not sellable and never have been.
