Do with your money what ever you want but they are not fooling me anymore.
Maybe you can buy some more tin foil with the money you save. You may not like the gameplay and that is fine but to think that they purposely degrade the experience throughout the year is some prime conspiracy theory thinking.
You need to start opening your eyes.
And read a little more. This game overall rate is 2.5 in most platforms for a reason.tons of people love the game, you are just whining about it - if you don't like it, find something else to tickle your jimmies
Gameplay is very bad, the game sucks hence I took my talents to another game. I suggest he does the same, it’s November already and he should’ve taken whatever enjoyment possible out of this game by now. I moved on after the extreme program.
i hear you mate - ive played the least ever this year in this game - that being said, once in awhile, ruining the 500 level guys is a lot of fun
i play hardly at all so i get enjoyment out of it and never do any big grinding
-
Maybe?
I kinda think the best gameplay in 22 is BR. I feel like it’s because most of the cards don’t have the crazy attributes. -
They basically had no major game play fixes this year. I stopped playing months ago and won’t play next years game unless there is a total rebuild of the game/hitting engine.
-
As much as I hate on SDS, I'm still playing/enjoying. Mainly because I'm a baseball fan though. And you have to remind yourself that RNG is a thing in this game, so don't expect to be rewarded every single time you time/line up a pitch. It's not always a hit.
It's an arcade baseball game that plays like a simulation. That's how I play/see it.
-
+1 to the idea that BR plays best. God Squads ruin gameplay, if you think about it. A pitcher with 125 H/9 going against a guy with 125 C/P. At that point, rng is MORE likely to control results, not less likely.

I used to love the game at the first few months after release, as many others players that stoped playing it. If you're not a competitive player, you won't understand it.
But do yourself a favor and just do the same. If you don't like my post. Reply somewhere else.
Thanks you.you sound like a big baby with your posts - i'm 20-1 this year in RS, i hardly play so i poach the middle levels
ive been playing this game since 07 - i bet you are just sad because you lost a few games and want others on this forum to cry along with you
thank you though, i will reply to whatever thread i feel like
The hungry hole. Who the hell?
Just by looking your name tag I feel sorry for you.
Pretty sure you're one of those keyword warrior that pretend to be rude but cry when meet the real thing.Just go to fight with someone else in your level.

I still believe that believing that SDS downgrades the game during the year is utter nonsense.
There are many reasons why the player may feel that way, most notably the fact that at the beginning of the year not all players had 99 players at every position so the margin for error was much smaller than it is now. PCIs were not as big. Players expectations of how cards would play was much lower for golds and low diamonds than it is for 99 overall players.
This is not purposefully done, but is just a byproduct of so many juiced cards,
Bro, just like we have sliders, they can fine tune the game to how ever they want.
I remember most people quitting on me with my first account after they see my stats. Since I have a good timing most of my players were over 50 homers with 300+ average.
Now, while my timing haven't changed. Most of my swings that the game registers as good, are turned into fly balls, ground balls, 100 fouls.
It takes me 50 good swing just to earn a hit.
But my opponents are getting 5-6 hit with too early or too late swings? Common man.And this is why I can't take people seriously. This man says he bats .020 on good swings.

If I had on other complaint, it’s the directional hitting. Sorry you should be rewarded more for PCI placement than pushing a direction and hitting a button. I’m not saying don’t use it but this year it was a better option than PCI. If I’m facing a top end pitcher I just change to directional and have no issues.

As someone who has tried every type of hitting possible, I actually found I hit even worse on directional. I was hitting with slightly more power, but it left several holes in my swing. I am probably the worst online hitter in the show and I don't need extra help in making outs.
The problem is that I think that the AI simulates the game before it loads and determines how many hits/runs a team will score based on the lineups and pitchers selected and cheats on behalf of the player they determined will win if they are not good enough to get those hits/runs on their own.
While I might be a bad hitter, I am an excellent pitcher, and I have lost count of the number of times I had perfect release on a pitch aimed at the low outside corner only to watch as the pitch literally goes right down the middle for a free home run for my opponent.
It's bad enough I have trouble beating my opponents as it is, but many times I feel like I have to hit the "lucky board" to win or accept the fact that no matter what I do my game is predetermined before the first pitch.
Never forget "working as intended".
