JS I'm pretty sure the people that make and review anf maybe even test these MLB games have NEVER played the sport in their lives. So much wrong that could be easily fixed. But oh well right.

If you went and pulled Aaron Judge and told him to sit down and code the game, I highly doubt he'd be able to create anything resembling a game. This may or may not apply to you, but I often see people who claim they know way more about baseball, often hold onto many misconceptions rather then actual facts/stats

Well...
Most, if not all, athletes are not video game programmers, and...
Most, if not all, video game programmers are not athletes, however...
Some, and probably many, of hose that test this game during the alpha tests, beta tests, or any other testing periods have played this sport in some sort of organized manner (High School, College, MiLB, MLB), so...
Your quote of "I'm pretty sure the people that make and review anf maybe even test these MLB games have NEVER played the sport in their lives." is probably only 67% true, but...
Even though your quote is "mostly" true, you are way off in correlation and causation

I bet the guys programming war games have never actually been in a war.
I bet Todd Howard or any Bethesda programmer working on Starfall have never actually been to space.
I am guessing that the vast majority of programmers from MS Flight Sim have not flown a jumbo jet
I bet the overwhelming majority of programmers working on NBA, NHL and Madden have played those sports.
I bet the From software guys have never slain a monster.Amazing how common that is.

Just quit after SDS's glitch rewarded the player they determined should win. Score tied in 5th inning, and player was clearly starting to break. He pinch ran all his speedy guys then bunt cheesed to load bases so I throw home after he was clearly going to be safe to prevent him from cheesing a run and the ball magically goes through the catcher and the back stop to go out of play for two free runs. Working as intended right SDS?
Players do not decide the winners and losers, SDS and their "lucky board" does. Glad I didn't spend 80 bucks for the 2022 roster update.

Glad we get to hear constantly about how unhappy you are with a game you dont even have.

There is nothing simple when it comes to web coding or video game coding it's an intricate process

All I know … is that Kirby StJohn is not related to Bob Gibson (if you know, you know).

First off I'm not a coder nor could I but the job I fo have ik how to do. I'm sure that it's extremely difficult. All I'm saying is why put "attributes" if everyone plays the same. For example players with ZERO bunting skills always bunt perfectly. Almost every OF runs down almost everything. All pitchers make these behind the back and over their head from behind catches even if they suck at fielding. Players with the worst arms and fielding are diving in the holes and popping up throwing out the fastest runners. And why does it take a hour for a batter to get going out the box like they are in mud. Worst of all people hitting HRs on pitches way inside where they are swinging the bat like a golf club as it's about to hit them. Idk just crazy is all. Don't get me wrong I love the game just wish players would play to the attributes they are assigned with. The greatest players of all time should stand out imho but that's all it is an opinion.

What they need to do is hire a handfull of retired players as special consultants to this game. They can give insight & feedback on what is realistic or not when it comes to situations, dynamics & outcomes within an actual game. Also SDS is in San Diego. From their own internal database they can easily track down those living in San Diego that has put 300+ hours into this game year after year. They can offer 5 to 10 of them a spot in a team of consultants to give valueble insight & feedback. I can guarantee that die hards that buy this game every year has more hours playing it then the Dev's ever have.
