Game crashes after playing conquest games

Anyone else keep having the game shut down and go to the xbox home screen after finishing any games, especially conquest games? I'm pretty sure I'm still getting all my stats but it's quite aggravating repeatedly having to wait for the game to load up after playing a game.

Mine does that on occasion but not very often. It's been doing that for a while now.
