Why is live series Scherzer so expensive? He’s going for 170k while everyone else isn’t even 100k. him and degrom are the the only ones I need to finish live series and I only have 75k stubs.

I pulled him from a Set 4 Chase pack last night and sold him for 180K

After Tatis had his very problematic haircut, Scherzer became the “gatekeeper” to the NL LS collection. 170k is actually not terrible. He was in the 220k ballpark not that long ago.
Unless you really, really, really need to finish ASAP, I would suggest holding off for a few weeks. Before too long, they will discount The Show packs to 1K, and they’ll probably put (unlimited) 10K Headliner 2-packs in the shop. Once that happens, the LS diamond prices will drop a ton and very quickly. Even the most expensive diamonds will be selling for peanuts.

Trout and Ohtani were well over 300k, Acuna Tatis degrom scherzer and a few others were 200k+, looks like everyone else dropped but them, usually its Trout that stays above 100k at the end

I think you’re good. Stubs are very easy to come by at this stage of the game cycle. 77k ain’t no thang. You can re-earn pretty quickly.
