SDS can you fix the pausing in this game pleas

It just sucks the immersion out of the game. Make it a on screen option instead of a pause. You can warm up pitchers or do substitutions in seconds . No reason for this pausing. People use abuse it constantly. I get people need a second to go pp or whatever but there has to be a better way.

Bunt dancing is another clown show but the pausing drives me nuts .
