Will not let me select players I have for exchanges!

Happens all the time! Most recent example is with the Judge exchange. I go and begin selecting Yankee players I have for the exchange and it will not give me the option to exchange a player that is doing no events or on my active roster. And 85% of the time or more, it's a player who would reach the points necessary to finish all by itself! Anyone else have this issue?
P.S.
Make custom batting and pitching cameras USABLE ONLINE!!! Really don't see why this is an issue. But then again,,,,,I don't know alot about online servers and things of that nature.
