Ultimate Dirtbag Move

On the subject of toxic players, I just faced an opponent that pulled the ultimate weak sportsmanship move by quitting with a one strike count in the bottom of the 9th inning with two out.
I had a no hitter in tact with Roy Oswalt and he was trying to bunt with Lou Brock. I had bunt defense on and 2B in and an 0-1 count. It was 2-0.
The connection was SO laggy that when I got a leadoff walk with Edgar in the 7th, I literally could not pause to go to substitutions to pinch run for him. For the entire rest of the inning. Buddy just kept throwing pitches while I am hammering pause. Finally I gave up trying, and of course flew out twice and popped out to short to end the inning.
Pretty much every input I made was delayed by a second or more.
Oh well. A win is a win, I guess. 8.2 no hit innings.

Maybe they had to go to the bathroom and could not wait longer, Lucky for me I have my PS5 next to the loo for the ultimate gaming experience. Less sh**ty outcomes
