HRs with low power guys

Do both their power stats have to be under 75 or just the respective side? I hit a homerun with someone with 59 power against the pitchers handedness but 90 on the opposite side, the homerun didn't count so I am assuming it has to be both sides?
That being said what are some good players for this?

I've been getting mine with Ken Griffey Sr. There is another thread on this where others have listed the players they used.

There’s another thread but Jeff McNeil and Rod Carew are good picks. Also playing in polo grounds with speedy guys can get some inside the park home runs.

both sides have to be under 75. I used Benintendi AS card, Brujan future stars card and Helton 91 card (forgot the category) to get my 5 and played in Coors to get there

I did mine with 2 players that were supercharged at the time, if you wait till the weekend or early next week there is supposed to be supercharges in the playoffs.
Otherwise AS Benintendi has the highest power without going over -
