I'm in the same boat.
I’ve only tried to check inventory in the app. I’m gonna try to completely close the game and relaunch when I get home. Sometimes I had to do that for Twitch Drops.

Try launching the game. If you are an active subscriber AND it doesn't appear, submit a ticket.

Yeah, still nothing after “closing application” and relaunching game (PS4). No packs in companion app inventory either.

It’s been a few months since I got a s outing report pack and idk why I haven’t received one. How do I start getting them again?

They dropped this a.m. If you didn't get it, maybe sign up again?

These packs dropped back in Dec of 2021! If you didn't get it in the past 9 months, SDS is not going to help you get it now!
