Your cards listed will keep selling but you hit the ceiling at 5m. To avoid this put in buy orders of 50k on Utley.
I know how to launder stubs, but these are not sell orders I have 5,100 of one card lol. Afraid to quicksell but that is the fastest way
It shouldn't be a problem as long as you do the math to make sure you won't go over 5 million.
I will go over, its is 7.6 million

Hahahaha, the Ozark method of stubbing. Maybe invest in a strip club.
But yeah, I'm pretty sure it just gives the card away as you have no bandwidth to carry more stubs. You'd get the 5M and the rest would just be gone....I think.
What card I'd it out of curiously?
-
Oh I see. You don't want to quick sell duplicates, which doesn't allow you to set a number. I guess you're stuck selling one at a time until you get under 2.6 million.

If your worried it will go over you could always burry a order of say 100 of them in your sell orders and then quick sell the rest. Just a thought, that way you don't lose stubs and you still have some for later regardless if he drops in value or not. By the way congrats wish i had of thought of this earlier in the season.

Does anyone know what would happen if were to quicksell 7.6 million stubs worth of a card. Will it just take me to 5 million stubs and let me keep the excess cards or will every card be gone?
I think you’ll be the one to tell us!
you first
Haha, wish I had that much backlog…I did the investing route last year and (like many) had well of 5mm reserve. Not a focus for me this year, but did make a point to get bosses early to sell and just buy back before program ends. Has currently helped me net +3mm and only missing some current BR + WS rewards.
-
I have 9.8 million Stubs in total. I have 5 million in 50 100k Buy Orders in Nolan Ryan and 4.8 million in my Stubs balance.
-
I only have 1.5 million but I have every card.
-
This what I don't get...
Why???
Someone needing more than 5M stubs would most likely be a collector. If they are not collecting, there is no need to have more than 5M stubs. The days of having all the 1M cards is pretty much over with the RS and BR programs adding many more of those reward cads.
If someone is a collector, they would have pretty much have the majority of the cards already, so the amount needed to finish the collection would not come close to 5M stubs and therefore having more than 5M stubs is worthless.
It appears that those with anywhere near 5M stubs and having stubs stashed away spend most of their time not playing the baseball part of the game, so why would having so many stubs be important to buy cards that he or she will not play with in an actual game (online or offline)?
I feel like those who brag about having so many stubs or even 5100 of the same 84-rated card (which they definitely will not be playing within an actual game of baseball in a baseball game simulator video game!) is bringing this up as an awkward flex because they are flexing that they aren't playing the game to play baseball, but rather rack up a virtual currency that is solely for a baseball video game.
So, again, I have to ask why (other than to flex upon those that are "stub poor" of course!)???

Jimmy Rollins Collection 9,665,113 13,877,707 99 Finest Jimmy RollinsThose numbers are if one is to buy all the cards at once. That isn't happening! Those who do the collections collect throughout the season, not dumping it all at once. Also, most of those cards in the collection are earned by playing the game and not needed to be bought. So those numbers for collections are extremely inflated!
And if you (or anyone else) haven't been playing the game all year and are planning to dump all those stubs at once, my question is still why?
Why work so hard in such a short period of time at the end of the MLB season and half way through the game's life (and when many have already stopped playing the game)?
Why do this when there are so many "free" 99s that are earned by playing the game and would still make for an overpowered lineup and rotation?
-
I’m saving my 9.8 million Stubs for the Rollins collection, the collections after him and all the 99 rated Yankees and Mets cards like Rivera, Posada, Glavine and the future ones that aren’t available yet.

I have a lot of playing time man, I tried flipping once back in May or so around the time Brett came back and have not done it since. Only got around 150k from that. Earlier in the year the best way to make stubs IMO was just putting buy orders in for players that were clearly getting upgraded to diamond at around 1500-1700 stubs a piece. They eventually went through 1-3 weeks later and then all I had to do was quicksell them all and boom big profit. Literally takes about 5 minutes to put orders in and then there is nothing else but playing the game man.
Look man Felix was a BRONZE up until AUGUST. Every now and then I would put a bunch of cheap orders in between June and August. Eventually I got to 5k in a 2 month span. It's not like i just sat there and put in 5000 orders at once. And guess what, I haven't sold any of them so where the heck did all my stubs come from? playing the [censored] game and passive QUICKSELL investing that doesn't take up any time. Go right on and sod off mate. What is YOUR problem coming in here all high and mighty deciding that I must be doing things incorrectly.
And you got another thing coming if you think a end game trout/griffey/trea turner won't go for 1 million stubs for multiple weeks.
So I have to ask why (other than to be a knob) why are you here?

I'm here to ask "Why?"
Why can't you answer why you are doing what you are doing? There must be a reason and why would you not want to share your reasoning if you have a legit reason? Resulting to name calling because someone asks you why makes you look like the name calling slur you are throwing around!
Ooooh, you want to threaten me with "something comin" about cards that I will most likely have shortly after they come out (and without needing 5100 84-rated gold cards to get)!
What a way to start off your time on this forum (with this account) by name calling! Is this an alternate account because you are banned for being banned for simiilar stupidity on your main account?

I just said why, so I can put million stub buy orders on players like that. I won't have to grind first to get guys like that so I can play with them as much as possible before the game cycle ends.
Clearly your tone in both of your responses have the same high and mighty approach. Nobody asked for your negative comments, this post was just a simple question. Get on with your life.
Again, this is my first time playing the game so that is why I asked the question I asked in this post. You really hit me with the "Second account on a baseball game forum" HAHAHahahahahahAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Clearly you care about how you are perceived on here more than you care about playing the game! Congrats!
