So, just keep rewarding the people that do this? Why even have a point system at that rate?
Are people actually purposely freezing the game in RS? What is the reward for them to do that? they have to endure a freeze off too just to what add 20 points to their rating ? It just doesn’t make sense to me , it seems more plausible that the game simply freezes due to poor connection or whatever and then a freeze of happens when two clowns take themselves way to seriously and both decide to sacrifice their time actually playing to prove a Point that literally nobody else cares about but them

I played a guy the other day I suspected of cheating. As soon as the game started he paused for about a minute and when he unpaused the connection was horrific. Using pinpoint I walked the first two batters because there was zero way to to control the timing. I switched to pulse pitching, which I only used a few times last year in offline to change things up, and the connection fixed itself. After the inning I was able to switch back to pinpoint and the connection was normal. We ended up playing an enjoyable full competitive game (which he won btw). My point is that first impressions aren't always correct and we shouldn't assume that we are being cheated all the time.

SDS stated that they won't add wins or xp and will investigate the situation which makes perfect sense. Not sure what you want here cause SDS has to take time to investigate but as well SDS has no obligation to tell you the outcome of the investigation from a business's stand point but as well from a privacy standpoint as they can't disclose action taken against a customer to another customer.

There is no way to know, even if the game is in a freeze off if it was random or whether someone caused it. So they aren't going to take sides.
They said that they would investigate the user and take action if needed. I assume that means going through their history and seeing if it is pattern. And as mentioned, even if they take action and ban the user then they will never tell you that the action was taken.
Also, I looked at your history and I don't see any 7-1 wins or losses so what was the outcome? Are you still in a freeze off.

At this point, I'm more than content playing Madden, 2k, etc. on my other consoles for weeks. I'm out hitting him 16-3 at this point and there's simply no way they deserve to win this game

Well, good luck then. No win would be so important to me to tie up my PS5 for 24 hours, unable to play other games on it.

While I understand your point, if you think the show is bad at dealing with toxic players you should check out Gran Turismo. Holy cow. It's part of the reason I have started to tone down my complaints about this game.
Sadly, SDS doesn't care about how bad the game play is, and even less about you getting jobbed by a cheeser/freezer. You already both already bought the game, and as far as they are concerned that's all they wanted.
SDS is basically becoming EA Sports, Part 2. So I am trying to deal with the trash and play the game as it is, but not rewarding them with future purchases, and I promise you they will not even notice my tiny lack of purchasing power compared to the mountain of money they made on the people that will take what they are given.
You can either wait them out or take the L and move on.

I'm sure you know this but posting a players gamertag is against the TOA of the forum and could get you banned.
Again you do not know for sure that this gamer is actually doing something funny however you have given SDS legitimate reason to ban you.
You are on hour 24 of a freeze of which in turn you could have played what another 15 games in that time span? I don't get this staying in a freeze off so what you take the loss if you are a good player you will make it up and of your not and like me well then it's on to the next for innings.

Stick it out man. You are my hero. Someones got to do the dirty work. Plenty of other stuff to do then to let that guy/gal have the satisfaction. That alone is worth more than any win.
