Does warming up your reliever actually do anything. The couple times I've forgotten to it hasn't seemed to matter. No affect on confidence or energy that I noticed and pitch placement seems fine...

I have noticed that sometimes their energy starts lower, but that's all.

I could be wrong, but I think it may also deplete faster.
