You’re absolutely right. People can’t stand others that have an opinion that differs from theirs, positive or negative. You can have an opinion where you think the game is great (I do) but also suggest the game has flaws (which it does).

The problem is they don't teach critical thinking in school anymore. No one knows how to look at facts and say hey the facts are correct I must be wrong. In today's world, people's opinions are their facts and they don't want to know anything else!
I have been playing this game for many, many years now and I love The Show but I have constantly complained this year as I can see how lazy SDS are becoming with the base game. I don't pay over $100 for this game here in Australia just so they can try and get me to make more micro transactions, there has be to a standard quality for our initial payment and this years game falls very short. Before micro-transactions their game play was very good as it was the only way they could keep repeat customers! Now the game play is horrible and it's just become a glorified card collecting game! I predict next year's game will have 10 collection programs and the same crappy game play we got this year with absolutely no improvements! Knowing the current SDS trend, they may strive to make the game play worse than this year!

About the story. Looks like you where doing a lot better than your opponent.
Unfortunately for us, the players who like to win or lose via skills. SDS don't care about us anymore. They only care about the money. That's why more unskilled players are winning games more frequently now.I just lost a game by 1 run in a similar situation. The dude was really bad but the game was giving him hits with super late swings to the foul lines. But all my good swings hits were landing straight to his fielder gloves without him having to move. I was able only to score one homer, the rest, plenty of fly or ground balls straight to my opponent gloves with almost perfect swings.

Him: 3 runs, 3 hits, 5 k's by his pitchers.My 48 year love/hate relationship with baseball continues.
Props to my opponent for sticking around.I played a RS game last week where I had 1 hit through 8 innings and scored 5 runs with 4 HR in the 9th to tie it and win in extras... my opponent must have been furious.
