I don't get the market sometimes

Napoli was going for over 350k last night and a lot of other old BR and AS rewards are spiking too.
I like the huge margins for flipping, but I don't get the pattern.

It's all about supply and demand.
The key is, if you're buying low and waiting for the price to recover to sell, the will only spike AFTER you sell the card. It's just the rule.

I've definitely gotten burnt from that but I usually do pretty well, it's just random what spikes.

True but for me, that doesn't sting as much.

Definitely don't flip cards with that much a but price. Find a series and familiarize yourself with its typical prices. Focus on that series everyday for a while. Just make sure you're aware of anytime a new program is released or anytime those cards are released as a part of something like when FOTF or the Future Stars were added to the featured programs or Chase packs.

I honestly don't bother with flipping if I can't make at least 5k on it. It's not the best system, but it's my system lol. #yolo

Totally understand. I prefer flipping about 50+ at time with about 400+ per card. Like you said, "not the best system, but it's my system."
