Runner overrunning 2nd base on doubles

Why does my runner, run past 2nd base, on doubles, during online matches, even though I am not telling him to run. Sometimes I am even trying to get him to slide.

This happens to me ALL THE TIME! I’m so sick of it lol I have never seen anyone else that I’ve played against experience that.

happens to me at least once every other game. I get lucky many times, guy throws to 3rd and I can get back.

Base running responsiveness is giving the Fielding issues a run for their money in my opinion.
