Playing on Dynamic, the trophy for pitching difficulty reaching minors and rookie haven’t counted for some reason. Anyone know the fix?

Go to settings and switch to one of the other two gameplay styles(casual, Competitive, Simulation. Takes like 3 exhibition games to get it done. That worked for me at least as I had the same trouble as you
