They finally addressed the toxicity of the upvote, there was nothing more harmful to this forum and community than people being able to upvote as much as they pleased.

What is, or was, the problem with upvoting? What did they change?
I only get 20 a day, I don’t know if thats just part of the terms of my probation or if its the same for everyone.

I have never noticed things upvoted much around here and didn’t even realize it was a problem. I see people say some of the best stuff that the entire community agrees with and it might have five upvotes.

If I could log in to my other accounts, I could have up to 60 votes. Pretty soon, I'll be doing mail in ballots, absentee and service members living abroad.
