Do they ban the event cheaters?

Seems like there are many posts about people getting banned. From logos to market manipulation etc, but I haven’t seen anything about the event cheaters. Every event there are several players who will jump out to 12 to 15 wins within 30 minutes of the event start. Every win is 0-0 so clearly something isn’t right. Seems like a pretty easy ban if sds is paying attention. I would have to assume this is against the TOS.

Outside of figuring how to constantly be matched up with a buddy, I'd be curious how they are able to get so many W's that quickly...

I'm guessing they have multiple consoles with multiple ID's and have a way to match up with themselves. If they reset the event after every win it probably would make it easier too since it would try to match you with someone else on a winning streak too.
