Account linked to random PSN. Cannot unlink.

I'd post a picture, but it won't let me. Suddenly yesterday I logged into my MLBTS account and my account was linked to a completely random PSN account. This was not my doing. After seeing this, I reset my password for all of my connected accounts. Next I attempted to unlink this random account, and when I logged out and back in, the account was still linked. I've tried multiple times since then. Sometimes it will show there is no PSN account linked, but after a page refresh the random account shows as linked again. And, yes, I reset my game on my Xbox after trying unlinking. There was also a random switch account linked, and I was able to unlink it after many tries. Then a few hours later, a second switch account showed up as linked. I was also able to unlink the second switch account. Still no luck with the PSN account.
TL;DR: Random PSN account linked to my MLBTS account, can't unlink, tried everything. -

Had the same thing happen, with a random switch account and another Xbox account. Although last time I went to my account neither of them showed up, just my PS and show accounts. No changes to inventory, lineups, stubs, etc., but definitely a shock when it happened.
