Twitch drops again

Why do I have to post on here every time for twitch drops. My account is linked. I redeemed on twitch and still don’t see them in my inventory. Sometimes I get them but I’ve also either not gotten them like this time or only received one when more were earned. @Victor_SDS_PSN

I always forget, because the pack contents are forgettable

Are you sure you are linked on this website. I was linked last year but after the twitch changes I stopped getting them. I apparently had to go back to my account pages on this site and link it up there again. It required me to create an account on the website instead of just relying on my PS login.

I got them last year, but I have earned a bunch and got none this year.
