July montly program pxp not coutning

Last week I had a problem with PXP not counting in a game towards the All-Star program. I submitted a ticket, and they told me to uninstall and reinstall the game. I did, and I haven't had a problem with it again.
To be fair, I only had one game that happened with it, but I did the uninstall/reinstall anyway.

It happened to me in the 1 full game I played. Do you rec omens restarting the game?
Yes I restarted the game and got nothing back for pxp towards the problem it's a glitch that should be fixed or even seen before they release new content

So why you putting on another form that you had problems with it?
If you're talking about my problem last week, it wasn't with the POTM program. It was a game I played toward the All-Star feature program. I haven't had the issue since I reinstalled the game last week.

After I did the reinstallation, I didn't get the PXP that wasn't credited. I replayed the game to get the PXP I still needed. I did notice that the players got the PXP, it just wasn't counted toward the mission.

The sad thing is there’s a game where you literally play as a cat and it’s more fun and persistent than mlb the show, they can’t even patch the things they said they did with their patches

I hate the MA grind, but I want the Biggio card so here I am grinding 5 weeks of TN moments. It’s my own fault - I could’ve completed it a little at a time. But no, I’m spending my night mindlessly grinding against cpu. I went about 30 for 35 in the Velasquez moment with 30 doubles before I finally got the home run. If these AB’s counted, I’d easily have that card to parallel 4 already. Anyways back the grind

Mine was working fine until just now. I played vs CPU, won 31-1 and hit 19 homeruns. Nothing counted towards program missions or July Monthly Award missions. So irritating. And I really don't want to uninstall the game.

Not sure. I restarted the game and it started counting.

It's a coin flip. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game MULTIPLE times today and the PXP STILL isn't calculating correctly for my games.
