If Dylan Cease does not get a card for July monthly awards, it will be a massive failure for SDS. Over the last 2 months, he has a 0.57 ERA, with 13.5 K/9. He’s only allowed 4 ER in his last 12 starts combined. Idk how his only card in the game is a live series gold…

Austin Riley only an 83 is silly but He will get July POTM.

Especially, after the "overhaul" on Friday. I said the same thing when grinding for 99 Minnie this past weekend. My guess is a 97 Monthly awards card.

Me too! I took him into the event this weekend and he held his own! I will def put him in the rotation depending on what SDS gives him.

He had the lowest ERA out of all starters in July so there is a good chance. Strangely enough that did not translate to WAR which he was way down the list on.
Also, if I had a dollar for every time someone claimed one player or another was the biggest snub of the year I could easily pay for next year's digital deluxe edition.

Not sure what the issue would be but looking at his attributes looks like it could be a relatively low Power vs Lefties (60) combined with 48 discipline and 61 fielding (and since they just adjusted fielding that won't change).
He already has excellent contact attributes and a good power vs righties.
I am not making judgements on what his overall should be. Simply looking at attributes and trying to see why he may not be rated higher.

I was surprised when putting my White Sox team together, there was only 1 diamond pitcher in the whole game which is Lightning Sale. Last year we had All Star Liam Hendricks, All Star Lance Lynn, MS Lucas Gioloto, Future Stars Garret Crochet and I'm pretty sure there were a few others.
So yeah, can we retroactive the Cease diamond so I don't have to pitch with silver Tom Seaver?

Oh normally I wouldn't care but this was for the Minnie Minoso missions so they had to be on the White Sox in their cards. I just remember the Field of Dreams last year I had a whole rotation of diamond Sox. Oh what a difference a year makes.

Logan Gilbert was pitcher of the month in April IRL and sds didn’t upgrade him or give him a monthly awards card. He still has been one of the best 30 pitchers in baseball this year, and his live series has been stagnant. Also the Ty France facial animation is not close and they’ve given him multiple cards the past two years.

Oh yeah, the offense was fun. Frank, Durham, Tim Anderson and Moncada on the infield and FS Cespedes, FS Eloy and FOTF Robert in the outfield.
Made me miss that incredible destroyer of worlds Topps now Grandal behind the plate.
