I mean normally I would say it shows insecurity, that you don't have enough trust in your hitting ability to make contact on a swing and drive the runner in. But hey man at the same if you've been struggling and your opponent is pitching you well, do what you gotta do. Nobody likes taking an L on a bunt squeeze play, but I wouldn't message you in rage.

I think it depends on who you did it with at the plate, If you did it with a guy that should not be bunting IE your cleanup hitter or any power hitter then yeah. To each his own I guess. I do know people that do that and there is a way to pitch so that does not happen.
