Idk about that I didn't have any hand in making the game, I just play it. My guy made an Xbox name and sent me some weird song lyrics or a poem he wrote himself and about 17 messages. Who says I wouldn't have had a ninth inning rally?

The game says you wouldn’t because it was a freeze off. Much like a game being called after 5 the team(person) with more runs gets credit for the win.

well that's just silly...im guessing you never won a game in 9th

The game isn’t going to magically unfreeze, any 9th inning rally isn’t happening but you do you.

Yea probably not in a six run game. In a three run game like it actually was. Very possible. My guy had to lie about the score to make his story sound better

No it was frozen, it’s not unfreezing. Your 9th inning rally isn’t happening that game.

This is completely irrelevant. Your argument is he should quit because he was losing. His argument is he could very well have come back. Obviously there won’t be a comeback because the game froze. But just because he was losing doesn’t automatically mean he should be the one to quit in a 3 run game.

Participating in freeze offs is a great way to stay below average at the game. Have you also tried playing every conquest game on rookie? Perhaps every moment you could quit after the first swing when you don’t get lucky!

One run in a 8 innings…you aren’t all of a sudden going to figure out the game when it unfreezes.

I'm slightly above average 102-80 off the top of my head. With 98 wins coming from having fortitude during freezing.

They have to fix freeze offs, because we are at the point where it becomes a war of attrition and not playing a video game, both sides feel logic why they need to stay in… One side will say they’re up by seven, the other will say but the game isn’t over, even thought I haven’t don’t anything all game, I could… Not commenting on this particular game the OP is taking about, but the idea of the freeze off in general, both sides feel like they deserve a win by leaving there consuls on.

The likelihood of him coming back was very slim. He had 2 hits after the 4th inning and what looks like desperation running because he had a guy thrown out at 2nd on one of the hits.

So what you're saying by that last sentence is if you're losing you try to get the game to freeze and wait until your opponent quits?

Either that or you have some shoddy internet if 98 if your 102 wins come when your opponent quits in a freeze off.

Sure it does. Unless you're a douche, then, by all means, sit there and wait to try to steal a win.

Steal a win? That would mean you would have to be rewarded with that win. Last I checked the game wasn’t over, so that means there was no winner or loser. You understand right? Waiting during a freeze off while being down does not mean he would be stealing a win because that would be impossible.

Oh dear. You, with the gripe-a-day posts, whining about everything, but defending this?

Freeze-offs are over, and there is no finishing that game... what-ifs in that situation are for people who have issues accepting what already is.

A decent person would accept their loss; a douche would not.

    If the shoe fits...

Nope….if the game is not over than nobody has won the game. Plan and simple, not hard to comprehend. Comebacks happen all the time. Saying he is trying to “steal” a win is flat out wrong. Don’t hate the player hate the game, this is on SDS. Not the guy that’s losing and refusing the forfeit during a freeze off.

Imagine, if you will, Han Solo deciding to quit on his freeze off. The entire universe as we know it would be completely different.

What if unfrozen caveman lawyer decided to throw in the towel? Where would we be today?

What if Elsa actually let it go, would frozen even be relevant?

What does Batman mean to you today, if Mr. Freeze hung up the keys and decided to binge Youtube videos all day?

    David Freese?

    What about all these dudes?

Gene Freese (1934–2013), American professional baseball player.
George Freese (1926–2014), American professional baseball player.
    Hermann Freese, 19th-century German painter.
Jason Freese (born 1975), American band musician.

    They just don't matter either?

Stop judging, start loving. In freez(s)e we trust.

    All Freeses matter.
