Everytime I try to access my squad via the app it goes to this grey screen and I can't see doo-doo. @SDStealthWrrior_XBL @SDSAgent92_PSN Can you please help me?

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app already but to no avail. I'm at my wits end up.
