Flipping tips?

Any tips? Just got the game yesterday my first since 20. Market looks iffy. Flips are very small and equipment sells slow. What’s the best move?

My best flipping: raise both hands, elevate middle fingers, yell blindly at clouds
My best move: the classic yawn, stretch, arm around the shoulder, “oh well how did that get there….I guess you’re my girlfriend now”

My honest perspective: you are correct margins just not there, maybe that changes with recent AS releases, but I haven’t looked. Either go low risk/high volume with players or some like equipment, but I don’t know how quickly those move.

AS releases are driving costs down across the board but margins are still staying pretty tight.
