Do Moments get double XP or just games?

I have been holding off on doing the Spotlight Moments and the July Week 1 Moments for double XP.

Do the Moments get double XP or just playing games?

Just curious if I should go ahead and do them now or wait until after noon PT today to do them.

Does double XP count towards player's PXP as well and goals where you have to get XP towards specific players or teams (like the padres connect program)?

Its just the account xp that goes towards the main program progress. PXP is still based off difficulty/mode, etc.

You do not get the double XP reward for completing the moment, just the gameplay XP for playing. Double XP weeks do not include player card PXP (unless they expressly did that in the future).

Not double PXP, just XP. PXP is based on accomplishments during a game, not how much PXP is earned.
