They didn’t update attributes. The only overall changes were from position changes.

Yeah they really should have upped their era stat on their card, should be atleast 99 ERA if not above 100

Come on if you have been here long at all then you have to know advocating for a pitcher to be upgraded and mentioning their ERA is always going catch flack from someone as it is an irrelevant stat as far as the game goes.
Moore's K/9 and HR/9 probably deserves to be raised some but on the flip side his BB/9 might get downgraded as his walk rate is the highest it has ever been.
Burke has been upgraded from a 47 to a 72 already this season. +25 to his overall to me shows that he has not been overlooked. He got a +4 to his overall in the last big roster update.

Oh I expect it and can appreciate good jabs. I take it as all good natured fun. Just a Rangers fan who's suffered some lean years excited to see any form of improvement from them.
