Skill does not matter and apparently this is their way of keeping the casuals engaged. This is what we get when a company corners the market and are the only game in town. The customer gets hoe'd and 22 is a classic example of that!

Co op is by far the most fun I have had until they changed it to 6 innings . This is mlb not little League.

If skill doesn’t matter, why do I keep getting stuck in the high 700’s or low 800’s and immediately start getting my a$$ beat by better players? Why am I consistently beating the lower ranked players? If skill isn’t influencing those outcomes, then what is?

Valid point, maybe I need to reword what I said. Basically, the game IMO rewards bad input while dis crediting good input at times. Feedback sometimes is random and favors the lesser opponent. Also with the extreme amount of foul balls and weak hits (on late swings) it allows good players several extra opportunities that they didn't deserve to have in the first place. So skill does kinda matter but is diluted by terrible feedback. This is just from my experience but you are certainly entitled to your own opinion of the game. I don't hate 22 but you have to take online gameplay with a grain of salt to enjoy it this year.

It’s funny when someone complains about the game on here all the fan boys jump his [censored] relentlessly. So why can someone jump theirs when they say this the best sports game ever. ( funniest thing I’ve heard in a long time ) turn a bout is fair play. Besides, there are a lot more people who hate this game than like it. Until mvp baseball comes back they will not do a thing about this train wreck of a game.
