Linking issues

I can't connect my xbox to the companion app it seems, everytime I try to login it keeps detecting my login as a switch and gives me an error, I've tried to solve it in many different ways and it still hasn't worked. Also I don't know if this is important but when I link it says Lv0 and I have no stubs even though I have stubs. Might be an issue I'm not sure.
