Bob Feller question

Why is the Takashi Bob Feller skyrocketing in price since it came out? I tried him when he first came out and wasn’t impressed. His control is very bad. I was just curious if anybody knew why he went from 80k to 110k almost overnight.

I sold mine when I saw he was at 110K. Don't need the stubs but also don't need his slow [censored] release lol

Yeah, not exactly sure why he jumped up. I was surprised the Takashi 2 packs weren't part of the Flash Sale or in the summer sizzling program, but that would be my guess because the other packs like the Always Intense, Big Dog etc, are in the programs, were on flash sale etc. There's just not as many Feller cards out there.

To be honest if you look around, a lot of prices jumped, not just Feller. All the FS were at QS and now they aren't. And I'm not really sure what the direct or indirect causes are atm

The pre-order cards jumped in price once the Series 2 packs dropped. They've done down about 10K since then.
The Series 2 cards jumped in price because the packs are not longer available in the Show Shop and the only way, now, to get one of the players is through the market.
I wouldn't be surprised if one of the next Player Programs is a Takashi Program, like the BD and the AI programs, and the pre-order and Series 2 cards will then start to come down.

His control is actually really good if you know how to use his pitches, i really enjoy Bob Feller cards and this one is no exception. But it's like the anouncers say he's unpredictable he led the leauge in strikeouts 7 times but he also led the leauge in walks 4 times, would make anyone nervous and he had crazy fast speeds on his pitches especially for the time he played.

My guess is thats the special (limited) content event set for Friday that comes with a conquest map and showdown.

FS jumped because the program ended and people are no longer pulling them from packs. They will go back down once they get put somewhere like Chase packs.
