Often you guy is assigned a different position in DD and you just have to deal with it unless you want to make errors all the time. When I first started my SP/CF in DD he was listed as 1b and RP lol. and the RP list is long enough I found my guy on page 2 of the list. So for awhile I played DD when I had to in order to get RTTS credit as a RP/1b. Then after one of my archetype upgrades I got promoted to SP/1b then after another archetype upgrade I got promoted again to LF lol. So now in DD I am SP/LF....some day I will be a CF...I just know it lol...."look at me, I can be, centerfield"...The mgr never listens.

Did all of your cosmetic change to ballplayer carry over to DD? That's the issue I'm having. In DD it's still just Joe Random, not my ballplayers name or physical changes. I always get this stupid "Ballplayer Conflict" error every time I fire up the game. Server side it says my ballplayer is Joe Random and on the local side (PS5) it's the character I created. What has to be done to overwrite the server side data with the local data that I want? I've deleted all my saves, reinstalled the game multiple times and nothing works. Irritating as hell.

Yea you got like one of the rarer bugs. You are not the only one with that problem I have seen a few others reporting it but we are talking a tiny fraction. Most of us just can't get RTTS archetype credit without going thru a whole BS workaround that involved DD. Equipment is also borked, gloves not showing for some, half for others attributes from equipment not working all the time. I think it is very clear now, their servers were woefully under-prepared for this and their server code probably is faulty too. There is definitely a problem in communication between them and us.

At least progress tracking seemed to work like it should from the few games I played earlier.

WTF is going on with this???!!!

In RTTS, my ballplayer is continually assigned as a Catcher in the lineup. Good. When my agent calls, he asks if I am OK with being a Catcher. I answer Yes. Still good.

When you exit RTTS and select the Ballplayer screen, it shows him with his 82 rating (Mago archetype) and a small circle that says SS. SS?? Then if you click the card to see more detail, it shows he's a catcher again as primary position, but SP as secondary. WTF? Why does it even meantion SS?

If I move over to DD, the dude is no longer an 82, he's a base bronze 65! And in this one, he is a SS and C at secondary.

What is up with this?? Why would SDS make you do all this? You need to call the CIA to figure this mystery out. Sometimes, the ballplayer is an 82 gold, Diamond archetype (Mago), base screen shows a 78 SS, additional detail shows Catcher and SP as secondary, and DD does show SS primary.

Has anyone figured out how to get this thing as a high level Catcher in DD? I am doing this BS RTTS just to get my player bumped higher. This is a S-show.

My RTTS player doesn't show up at all in DD. I use PS4, and I have checked every position and pitcher, as well as doing a search and it's nowhere to be found. I hope I don't need to completely wipe out my player and start from scratch.

Shocking SDS won’t even respond to this. Not in any way. They won’t even respond with, “We are researching issues with ballplayer in RTTS and DD”.

I'm in the same boat. Nobody seems to have an answer. Left name as Joe Random. Search that name in DD and nothing.

If anyone's wondering, this is still an issue. Need to use DD for progression workaround, can't use player in DD because both his name and Joe Random are nowhere to be found.

Also have the ballplayer conflict but I've reinstalled the game and restarted RTTS like 12 times so I'm not doing it again

So I thought my guy was not showing up either for I was looking for him at the level he was on RTTS. In DD he is always 65 lvl but plays with the same abilities he has in RTTS. I found him at lvl65

The gear you equip him with in road to the show still applies in DD. Of course the gear only works for your created player
