So i get the basic ways of getting the large chunks of them like 1st inning showdown/conquest etc. But does anyone have any idea as to how many you're supposed to get during a normal conquest game i just played 1 vs a non stronghold and got 1 and then played that same teams stronghold and didn't get one? Im absolutely clueless and before you ask the difficulties i played the non stronghold game on a lower difficulty

Its based on XP. Not difficulty.
If you rush thru a 3 Inn Conquest game, winning 1-0, you won't get as much XP as you would taking pitches, making great plays, etc.

Yeah, it is based on XP. You should usually be able to get one star out of a three inning game. It is almost entirely dependent on your offense though . Take pitchers deeper into counts, get some hits, etc and you will earn more points than if you pop out on the first pitch of every at bat.

Yeah see the problem with that is i had more xp in the game i took the stronghold which was on a higher difficulty

That makes sense; I usually invest time and effort in offline DD working counts, taking pitches, long ABs to tire out the Ps and then open the floodgates. 800-1000 XP innings are not rare, and I’m close to 550. I do the same online but A LOT LESS SUCCESS lol
