Program xp gone?

Was near finishing future of the franchise program
and was in March to October, just hit the end of season reward gate, received 21,000 XP which would of gave me like 820,000 XP and I got to DD to check progress and open the 800, 000 XP Big Dog reward and it says I have 21,000 XP and started me over?!
