That is a wide open question. There are probably as many different tastes in games in this forum as there are users.
Personally I picked up Snowrunner on the PS5 yesterday and have been enjoying it, but it is definitely slow paced and at times frustrating. It won't be for everyone.
I don't really play many other sports games though.

Ps+ has some good games right now. Returnal, valhalla, ghost of Tsushima, I think WWE 2k22 was on there, and the Gardian of the galaxy game, I also think I saw RDR2 (best game on ps4 imo) and demon souls (if you're a fromsoftware fan)
I downloaded all of them, returnal wasn't for me, tho I've heard good things. I'm gonna try gardians of the galaxy next.

I really enjoyed Valhalla (I love Ubisoft's Open World Games) but I will say be prepared for a long one. IT is not a short game.

F1 is the most balanced and non pay to win game I’ve come across in recent years. There is literally nothing you can do to improve besides practice and the ability to keep gaining time on your own lap is nearly infinite.
Offline has some of the best AI settings I’ve seen as well. The small tweaks you can make to make the game incredibly realistic or realistic to your own skill is great.
If you don’t like F1 watch DTS on Netflix and see if you change your mind because man it’s very well done. The cameras the use alone make it worth watching.
Online is fun but the races usually aren’t full, if it had a better league setting I think it would be all I played.
I second this, F1 is now probably my second favorite sport behind Baseball. I love playing the games too, got a nice steering wheel set up and it made it even more fun. Now I am just practicing all the time to get better.

Honestly I can't seem to finish any single player open world games anymore, when I was younger I would complete them, but now idk. I just lose interest. I have yet to finish a single far cry, even tho I've played all of them for probably 60+ hours each.
My wife is a Huge AC fan so we end up completing all of them but man, valhalla and odyssey were sooo long and got very repetitive.

Also imo black flag was the best AC game. The new ones are more hack and slash and roll spam gameplay and it sucks. The old combat system was better. In black flag you would swing onto an enemy boat fire your pistols, immediately counter and instant kill with your sword, switch to the hidden blade for an awesome animation, then roll out, back to pistol... they battle sequencing was amazing.

Elden Ring. You can even try games on GamePass if you have an Xbox. There's so many other games.
Also, it's ok to take breaks. Playing the same game too much isn't healthy. -
