May Monthly PXP....Jim Rice included?

Good question. I was going to ask the same thing a couple days ago, but I just dropped him from my team because I couldn’t hit with him to save my life. That roster spot was better served by FotF Trout to get PXP for the angels program.

Dawson did for April, so I assume so. I haven't verified yet. I just unlocked stage 3, and haven't played a game yet.

For the final stage of the May program, does Jim Rice count towards the repeatable PXP for the May Monthly cards? He was May, just 1978 :).
Pretty sure he does , I hope so I have been using him lol

Yea he counts. Devers doesnt though which is odd considering he's a May Monthly Award too. And i could swear that Rizzo counted towards the 500pxp and the 2000pxp

Devers has the repeatable mission stage 3, so you can still use him to get points.

So far I'm mashing with Alonso and Altuve and hitting well with Calhoun. I threw Dawson in as my 3rd outfielder so I can satisfy my OCD and I'm starting to hit with him. It worked out well with the different positions:
Alonso 1B
Altuve 2B
Swanson SS
Devers 3B
Vasho C
Outfield: Calhoun, Rice, Dawson.I'd say that was planned but sometimes it's not so convenient

That Swanson is sneaky good. Ive only used him in mini seasons and the conquest but im 25-46 with 11 HRs homeruns and 24 rbis.
I absolutely suuuuuuuck with Devers and the new Ohtani.

Well, here's a turn of events. I picked up my first extra pack and chose Varsho. I played a conquest game and there was no PXP for him in the Progress tab. He earned 12 PXP in the game, but it isn't in the Progress tab...so...pick your players wisely when doing Stage 2 because you won't be able to get points for them in Stage 3. His PXP was included in the Repeatable 2,000 PXP with Monthly Awards mission though.
In addition, we are capped at 110 points for Stage 2, so however many points above the 110 you earn, they won't be counted.
