Pitcher Win Save Question

I had Jenkins pitching against the Dodgers in a Conquest game and the score was 0-0 when Jenkins was due to bat (top of 2). I subbed in Cueto (another pitcher) for him (I know, not the usual, but I wanted the PXP for Cueto and Jenkins was done getting his). Henderson was on third and Cueto hit a long fly to the CF track. Henderson scored. The game ended 1-0 (Dodgers lost in 3) with Cueto striking out Trea Turner.
When the stats screen showed, it had Jenkins with the win. When I looked at the Parallel Upgrades screen, it showed Jenkins IP:2, W: 1, SO:2 and Cueto PA: 1, RBI: 1, IP: 1, SO: 1.
Here's the question: why didn't Cueto get the win, or at least the save?

The way I'm fairly certain conquest works is that the pitcher in the previous half inning will always get the win when a run scores. So Jenkins getting the win makes sense. As for not getting the save, I'm sure what happened was that since you pinch hit with Cueto directly, it didn't register as you actually bringing a pitcher into the game. I'm definitely unsure on how that works though

Thanks. I was wondering if it was a glitch and if I should report the game to SDS or if it was a rule I didn't know.

SDS can't program much correctly. In this situation, since Cueto stayed in and pitched the final inning, he should have been awarded the win.

Fergie got the win because he was still the pitcher of record until new pitcher took the mound. that part is correct.
Cueto should have gotten the save, but didnt because he entered a a PH and not a pitcher. That part is a glitch. -

That was fast because I just reported it yesterday. I did the same thing with German Marquez in a conquest game against the Padres. I used him to pinch hit for Roberts in the top of the third and then had him pitch the bottom of the third.
The only difference was I was already winning 1-0 instead of the run scoring with his AB. Marquez got the save. If I can recreate the game I reported exactly, I'll know for sure if it is fixed.

hope its fixed.another they have to fix is the save situation in extra innings.
If you are up by 4 ,which normally wouldnt be a save situation, but there is the runner on 2nd making the 3rd hitter still be the potential tying run whuch would make it a save situation.but the game doesnt count it as such. -

I don't know if they'll even bother fixing it if they take it out next year. I think the ghost runner is gone starting in '23.

HereThat's right. There would have to be a runner on first and second to make that a save situation. In that situation, the tying run would be on deck.

weird.i always thought it counted all 3 scheduled hitters cause of the 3 runs or less.
