Is it new that you have to complete all the moments to get to stage 2? Or am I just doing something wrong?

I think they took out the earning PXP from the first stage because it caused massive confusion last month. Now it looks like stage one has just enough points to reach stage 2.

They also dropped the amount of points you get for the Collection from 40 to 13.
