And BR exist, you can draft him.
You don't know what discovering a card means.
If you draft him it counts as discovering him.
That seems like a cheap way to get a discovery.
It didn't used to work that way. People would actually make a serious grind for it to be the first to discover a great card.

They said in the stream you have to complete 16 of the 17
There are only 16 & you need all of them.

you need all 16 of the current available collections. when the future of franchise becomes available then yes you can skip one.
