Only my team making trades

Is anyone else having an issue with, only the team you are currently on making any trades? I'm currently on the Phillies and only the Phillies are making any trades.

On mine there was one trade all year long one year…I understand that trade logic is hard to figure out for computers but really? One trade all year long? C’mon

I like a lot of trades to happen. I go into my sliders, at the bottom you can change the frequency of the trades in the league. Sometimes you won't recognize a team six months later.

My Angels have traded every current starter at some point except Trout. This is over several RTTS games. I've also been traded to other teams when I've tried to be CF, 3B, 1B, SS, and CP. It's difficult to be a catcher or RF and not get traded when you're on the Phillies.
