Why can't I complete monthly stages?

Sorry if this is a topic already asked. But I haven't been able to complete April and now May Monthly and not sure why

Stage 2 of may isn't out yet. As for april, you must be missing a mission somewhere

Probably Topps Now collection; you HAVE to collect them to progress. If you sold them, you'll have to buy them back.
